Jhirna Zone is a critical zone in Jim Corbett National Park. Jhirna became a part of Corbett National Park only in the year 1994. Before that this land was agricultural land. If you want to book a safari for Jhirna, you need to take permission from the authorities. The entry to Jirna happens from Jhirna Gate itself. Additionally, you can go to their website to see the availability of seats.
Once you have done that you need to carry the required document and book a gypsy from independent agents to let you in the Zone. These will also take care of your entire booking if an additional fee. The rate differs from the time of the year and week. It’s difficult to get a reservation in the peak season (March – June). During monsoon, advance booking of safaris cannot be made for Jhirna gate as they get canceled due to rain.

The entry to Jhirna Zone happens from the Jhirna Gate itself. The Dhela gate is located at a distance of 20 kilometers to the south of Ramnagar through which you can make your way to Jhirna Zone.
